From 2013 to 2014, she was cast in the recurring role of Madri, the Princess of Madra and Late Pandu’s 2nd wife and Nakul and Sahadev’s mother, in the Star Plus mythological series, Mahabharat, based on the Sanskrit epic Mahabharat.
Suhani Dhanki played the recurring role of Maya, an evil naagin, in the romantic fantasy drama series, Adhuri Kahaani Hamari, between 2015 and 2016.
In 2017, she brought to life the character of Chandni, a harlot, in the Zee TV soap opera named Piyaa Albela.
Alongside the likes of , , , and , Suhani Dhanki co-starred as Laachi, princess of Dasyu Raj, later wife of Porus, and Queen of the Pauravas, in the Sony TV historical drama series, Porus, from 2017 to 2018.
Porus became the most expensive show on Indian television and for her performance in the show, Suhani Dhanki won the 9th Newsmakers Achievers’ Award in the “Best Television Actress” category in 2018.
